My favourite author

Sir Arthur Conan Doyle



               There are so many authors whom I like. But my favorite author is Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. He was the author who wrote the world-famous Sherlock Holmes detective series. 
         
               Sir Arthur Conan Doyle was born on 22nd May 1859. He was born in England. He received his education at Stony - Hurst College. He joined Edinburgh University and passed out eminent detective. Through Dr. Bell, he achieved knowledge in the art of detection. 


              Very soon Doyle becomes an inventor of detective stories. His greatest invention was Sherlock Holmes, the master detective of all times. Doyle published his first novel in 1918. It was named "Study of Scarlet" His second novel "Mica clear" made him a master novelist. But Doyle never profession as a doctor. 

              He served as a doctor in the Boer War. Therefore the British government presented him with a knighthood. Thereafter he was known as Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. This great man died on July 07th, 1930.

              Collecting books written by him is my hobby.

               My artistic career began in 2011. My first art subject was music. I can play the flute well. But I am more good a  dancing. So I continued to learn dance. I learned both Kandyan dance and low country dance well. I also mastered drumming. Of these, I prefer to play the drums.                           I was awarded the School's Best Dancer Award in 2012. TEACH AND LEARN

                         This time, Lahiru was only too happy to obey his. He brought all his toys and arranged them as if they were all seated in class room. He asked her mother to occupy the last row as He was the tallest student!                                             "Now, why don't you take out your books and teach us exactly the way our teacher taught you today?"
